    Group Activity Suggestion_01

I really like this idea. It even allows people with different skills to work together and create their entry. Programmers, artists, and music creators alike. I'm not even sure when the next gamedev challenge is.
  3. Good day. (yup) First I'd like to thank gamedev.net for the user space. Groups are cool. Let's use them. Second, @Rutin you the man. So honestly, let's go high profile. Here I see an opportunity to generate buzz for our game creations and talents. Show off your unity skills, we want to see it. (or at least I do) :0 </hype> Suggestion: Group Collaboration on the next GameDev.net Game Challenge I've been nursing this tick for a couple months now...had to put it out there. My motivation root originates from here. Unity has the chops for a decent group experience. May we re-open local discussion on this? (casually)

    Getting Started with Unity!

In House Special Effects My current go-to(s) are [ Unity.com : Learn ] [ YouTube:Renaissance Coders ] [ catlikecoding.com/unity ] [ YouTube:Sebastian Langue ] Paid second year [ cgcookie ] supporter and [ projects ] follower. My Unity experience is dated back to the 3dBuzz / UDK era, so I'm playing catch up, and really happy with the improvements but still the familiar feel. Temp Edit Log: Nice beginnings....
  6. Start Here First: Welcome to the Unity Developers group! I've put some resources below to help you get started with Unity. Information below will be updated time to time. https://unity.com/ https://store.unity.com/ You will come across three different options: Personal, Plus, and Pro. Don't let the top titles worry you which list "FOR BEGINNERS" or "FOR HOBBYISTS", ect.... You'll want to pay attention to the features and requirements. Most people will start off with 'Personal' unless you're making more than the threshold of $100k (self funded or funded) per year. You'll want to bookmark the documentation link here: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/index.html This will help you navigate through the many features of the engine and help to describe how to use the editor as well.
