We missed this a few weeks ago, but Google recently released and open sourced GAPID, a collection of tools that allows you to inspect, tweak, and replay calls from an application to a graphics driver.

Written in Go, GAPID is still in development but can be used to debug many Android OpenGL ES and Vulkan applications on Android.

You can download GAPID and browse the Github repository at https://github.com/google/gapid.
