  1. How would you manually control the bones within an ID3DXMesh? And could you get pointers to each specific bone?
  2. The D3DXMatrixDecompose seems like the best option. I just need the orientation. I am trying to get a bones position and orientation for each frame of an animation(I have access to the data or each frame). So it seems that D3DXMatrixDecompose will give me what I want. The scale is not so much important.
  3. Hey, I'm new here. I'm not really good with direct x and all that, but I need to know how to do something. Right now, I have access to a D3DXMATRIX field in a class. I want to fill two D3DXVECTOR3 pointers with data from the matrix, mainly position and rotation data. I know how I would set a matrix to use these, I just don't know how I would get a 3d vector filled with the position and rotation data from a matrix. Help would be greatly appreciated.
