1. Hello Everyone, So Moxie is entering a new phase of Beta which will be much more open than the rest and we will be opening the beta test of our engine to 500-1,000 more participants. I wanted to give the first shot at the new signups to GameDev as they have helped us find the talent we needed to push things forward in their classifieds, etc. For those of you who haven't heard of Moxie, it is a Game Development Engine for 2D RPG games which is flexible and cross-platform. It currently publishes to Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux with plans for iOS, Windows Mobile, and PS Vita in the very near future (we just begun development on that front). Anyway, please PM me if you'd be interested in working with us. It doesn't require any programming knowledge - but will require learning of a very basic "scripting" platform (which is not actually scripting, more like WYSIWIG). It is, however, still flexible. I have uploaded a couple screenshots. The Graphics in the screenshots are all Beta-form and you can obviously customize them to whatever you'd like. We actually support twice the resolution as shown here. I don't want to post any links as I am not sure what the forum rules are so please Private Message me if you are interested. Beta testing is, of course, free. You can skype me to discuss at Screen Name: bradynapier Games built for this platform are meant to emulate 2D RPG's in the SNES Era. Our main target is for developers who are wishing to publish to Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile.
