Personal Information

1. If you remember me, I started making thousands of graphics that can be interchangeable for video game development.  I showed my project to Steam and they were amazed enough with my project to extend a formal invitation to go on Steam.  All that's left to make this happen is fund the last phase of my project.  Mostly to pay the artists helping me.   Link: http://kck.st/1gnWybn Here are the coolest things about IGB Phase 2:   1) Creating unique creations using thousands of pieces.  There are creations kits for weapons, characters, hud's, planets, spaceships, icons, maps, and more. Video available to see this in action. 2) Over 10,000 assets are ready for release on Steam soon after the kickstarter ends. 3) Steam will provide easy download and updates for years to come   Samples: (1 spaceship made from over 3000 pieces to choose from)   (many possibilities from the many pieces - Final character design still in flux)     Even the animations will be in pieces to combine differently     I hope you enjoy my project and look forward to working with you.
2. To all 2D lovers out there...To help get support for our Zombie/Alien game "Stop the Planet! I want to get off".  I've made a post about the project here: http://www.gamedev.net/topic/642822-zombie-apocalypse-survival-indie-game/   For a limited time, Roencia Game Creators would like to offer you the Indie Graphics Builder for free (normally $200).  To anyone that can support the project Click the link below for details on how to claim the offer. IGB Deal: http://graphicsforfaith.com/games/?page_id=1260   Edit: I won't be able to hand out the IGB tell after the Kickstarter.  If it is not successful, we will be giving out a decent pack to all that pledged to support at the $75 level.  So it's a win win situation for you. If you need the files right away for a project, email me roencia(at)gmail(dot)com and we will work something out. I've posted a few of the sample images:   (build your own galaxy) (build your own weapons) (build your own spaceships) (build your own interface) (build your own jungle) (build your own sky) (build your own maps)   (build your own platform)   ect...
3. Stop the Planet: I want to get off   Sure it has a wierd name, but it will make sense when you play the game.  It's being developed by me and Debora in the Game Maker: Studio engine.  It shows the capabilities of this engine which many underestimate.   I'm putting the game on Steam and other platforms to sell, and Kickstarter for much needed funding.  I've listed some exciting elements of the game, and why it's turning out to be the zombie game I've always wanted to play.   WHAT MAKES THE GAME INTERESTING: 1) Harvest tree’s, berries, gold mines, etc.. using appropriate tools. 2) Build campfires, electric fences, portable generators, Molotov cocktails, +much more. 3) Use what you’ve learned during scenario’s to give you an edge. 4) Find survivors and learn from them, unless you got them killed. 5) Find food & water so you don’t starve, protect your goods from bandit’s. 6) Special events happen during death or capture. 7) Play co-op with a friend. One mines the gold while you build defenses. 8) Night/Day and weather effects. 9) Open world exploration + Many hours of gameplay/endless option 10) You have to figure out how to beat the game.  There are multiple ways. AWESOME BACKER REWARDS: 1) Be in the game with your own portrait as bandit leader, alien, or survivor 2) Have all the graphics which are around 5,000...could be over 10,000 with game change/graphic additions (royalty free) 3) Play Alpha and Beta versions 4) Design your own scenario other gamers will play   It has simple graphics, but there is an enourmous amount of things you can do while you survive.  Thanks for your time, I can't wait to see you all play this creation  These are the important links:   Teaser Trailer: http://youtu.be/Fk0Jmq7jEl8 Early Gameplay Trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IteLHYS-LzA&feature=share&list=UUBnl_8VIDdwhzOAoULYZ2Ww Kickstarter: http://kck.st/16NLWyD Steam Greenlight: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=141257100
4. Yes, I'm still sorry for posting in the wrong area, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I'd like to get some views on my post and Greenlight page. I was also referring to the negative posts I've been getting. Thanks, for your comments though, it's nice to think my project is good for Steam Greenlight.
5. I always seem to cause trouble whatever I do. Indie Graphics Builder was a Kickstarter I launched providing thousands of flexible art assets to game developers. It's releasing in October. It would be one of the first non-game items distributed on Steam. Steam recently announced that they will be bringing non-games to steam. I've already had a positive and negative reaction. I noticed Steam Dev's took a look at my project and didn't take it off, so they might want to see how it pans out. Maybe you could give me your opinion. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=93199529

11. Hello, My name is Eldon. You might know me from the art asset packs I distribute in the Marketplace. I'm developing a commercial quality game and it's 70% done. I have a video link and webpage for you to take a look at. The game is really close to being released and I would like to ask your support. This is a my first major game project. The Earth: An All You Can Eat Buffet- is a top-down coop adventure against overwhelming odds. You can build bases, repair, revive, level up, summon troops, and more. It's kind of a hybrid of survival, strategy, and RPG. *The kickstarter page is: http://www.kickstart...-can-eat-buffet *The Official web page is: http://www.roencia.c...takoutgame.html -I only have 29 days on Kickstarter to get people to notice it.
