  1. Hi   i m using directx9.0 based application in my laptop with switchable graphics card (intel hd and nvidia 2 GB) my application hangs very frequently. Same application if I run on different laptop with only nvidia gfx card works fine.   where is the problem.   Kindly help me out.

For instance, if you are drawing the rings on the target board without disabling depth writing, you are likely seeing "z-fighting:" two or more objects rendered at approximately the same distance from the view point. That is also affected by your near- and far-plane settings in your projection matrix.   What values are you using for near- and far-plane settings?   Near clip Plane 0.1 Far clip plane 10000.0
  4. Hi     i am using one target board having three concentric rings placed at 1200 m from observer. Target board is moving from left to right. while target board moving lines are flickering but in static condition lines appears ok. Where is the problem.       
  5. m working on DirectX 9.0C. i want to implement some objects (like tank and helicopter) on a terrain. but problem is while moving wheels and rotors are not rotating. can this type of animation can be achieved through coding only or we can use animater .X file if so please help.... While running a sample example from frank D Luna sample example in release mode then getting this Warning warning X3571: pow(f, e) will not work for negative f, use abs(f) or conditionally handle negative values if you expect them but in debug mode it's fine using SDK Nov 2008 and Aug 2007 Any help Thnx in Advance...
