It is basically a quiz game – but not one of those simple‘answer 10 questions and get your score’ internet games.   3. No new release yet, no. We ended up putting this version on the game's webpage. What I'm currently doing is putting together all the feedback I get in a document, and once I've completed all tracks for the soundtrack, I'll use that doc as the starting point for modifying each track into final form. Hi guys, As part of a christmas promotion effort for 0 A.D., a game-in-development by Wildfire Games, I need to publish a new piece for the soundtrack on the game website within the next 24 hours or so. I've just finished a preliminary version for a battle track for the Roman Civilization, and I'm looking for some quick feedback, positive or negative, before we release the track. Please take a listen here: Roman Battle 1 (remake).mp3. Feel free to comment on anything. Is the sound quality okay? Are the melody lines clear and understandable? EDIT: Also, I really suck at mixing. Absolutely clueless. Does the track seem a bit low-volume to you compared to other music tracks, or is it just me?   9. Finished two tracks for 0 A.D. tonight. Both play when the player engages troops in battle. One is for the game's Carthaginian civilisation, the other for the Persians. Carthaginian Battle 2 Persian Battle 1 Comments?

  11. You think that was bad? You obviously never played Eye of The Beholder. After delving deep into the sewers, fighting your way past hordes and hordes of critters, and finally defeating the titular Beholder mastermind at the end... ... you're dumped to DOS with a 'Congratulations!' message.

  13. Well, every type of sample (burst, sustain, crescendo, male/female, different vowel sounds) is recorded in every note over several octaves, so you should be covered there..

  15. No - all I can offer you is recommendations. This sample library is just awesome (I bought it myself). What you should consider, though, is how often you'll need voices for your compositions. In my own work, it's more important to have a solid strings library, for example, but damn, if you need vocal supplement, this is the pack to get.
