    Assembling A Large Dev Team

Thanks so much for the quick reply Tom! Any suggestions as to where I might look for a fellow by that description?
  3. Hey everyone,   I'm developing a very large game and my studio is now hiring. Problem is, I'm not really sure what the best way to go about finding the people I'll need is or exactly who it is I'm looking for.   I myself am a writer and play mechanics designer. I decided to pursue this game on my own almost two years ago, since then I've just been adding to and polishing the concept.   Now I'm happy with it and I need to put together a team that can make it a reality.   Budget is not an issue. I am looking to assemble a rather large team that will be able to create a variation of Unreal 4 and an in-engine captured teaser trailer in under a year. Which means I'll probably also need a practical army of artists to pull off what I want to achieve.   Any suggestions as to the type of people I'll need and how I might be able to pull such a team together would be more than appreciated, thanks in advance :)
