  1. by doing a search for "download" on the main page I came up wiht this :) ftp://ftp.apple.com/developer/Development_Kits/OpenGL_CFM_SDK.dmg.bin
  2. You can convert your d3d projection matrix to right handed with a function d3dx (don't have the docs with me so I can't check). If that is not an option you can always transpose the matrix before passing it down the pipeline.
