anyone know how to install a compiler for Java or J2ME on a Pocket PC? File Size is not an issue, but were to get it is. any help please

A compiler? Or do you mean a VM (virtual machine)?

The compiler is just good old javac that comes with the Java SDK. I don't know that there is any version of the SDK that runs on PDAs.

If you mean VMs, then here's a list of possibilities.
