DirectDraw problem

Ever since I got my new video card, my program has this nasty white border around the screen, and clips part of my blitting area off. This only happens with my project, as the samples all look fine. I'm running in 640x480x8bit mode. My program worked great with my old video card...

Any idea where to start?

Im no expert in Dx but are yo taking into acount the lpitch when yo plot pixels?
