Does GameDev's server's hamster just get tired a lot?

I keep getting 503 errors from GameDev, and then it'll say that GameDev is having troubles communicating with its database server or something like that. I get this error a few times a week, and it usually lasts ~15 minutes-ish. Anyway, I was just wondering if I'm the only one.

The new, bigger hamster has now arrived and taken up the wheel, he was just waiting for the bus, which was delayed due to bad weather.

The weather got exponentially worse, but the server hamster is finding his way here no matter what.
Major delays expected.
