2. Ogre is harder to learn than both DirectX and OpenGL and the performance is horrible from the object oriented design.
That's totally untrue, please don't spread misinformation about things you know nothing about. Even ugly horrible OO code is not inherently slower than beautiful code.

I've not used Irrlicht but looked at it alongside Ogre when starting a new project and Ogre was the winner for us. It's not particularly difficult either.

1. Irrlicht have a clean design and is very fast but limited to a few types of games.
2. Ogre is harder to learn than both DirectX and OpenGL and the performance is horrible from the object oriented design.

As long as you don't modify the engine, there is no problem with selling the games. If you modify an open source engine, people might ask you for the source code to the modified engine.

You should probably stop giving advice. #2 is particularly ridiculous.
Dawoodoz, if you expect to be taken seriously, you are going to have to present a better argument than "zomg OO = teh slow".

Anyway, versus threads are not approved of on GDNet in general, and I certainly don't see a good reason to keep going with this one.
