I think that's a bit unfair. The OP's clearly not a native speaker, but all the words were there. He wants to know how to accurately detect the beats per minute of a wave audio file.

I'm not a native speaker either, but I think you can make the effort to try and phrase your question in a way that people don't have to guess.
