I've probably should have done this sooner, but here it is:

That is the author version of the paper, because original, at Springer, costs €35: http://rd.springer.c...0055-012-0207-4


If you need the code, I'll post some (not too pretty) code that you won't be able to compile (because it uses my old math library), but it's enough to get the picture.
