Not sure in what kind of dream you live, but last time I tried NetBeans and Eclipse it colored only language's keywords.

This is pretty much categorically untrue. Both have full code aware syntax highlighting and have for ages. Both also make it relatively easy to add custom syntax hightlighting if thats your thing ( http://wiki.netbeans.org/How_to_create_support_for_a_new_language )
