Not bad for your first attempt, but you should take a step back. There are many things you could improve on and putting too much into a first character makes it hard to show you where you can improve.

I would sugguest to work with the human half only, mirror it, remove the texture, clothes and weapon and try to improve the untextured, human shape first. From what I see, the basic proportions and hinted anatomy is a good base to start with.
