Hello folks!

I am starting a Android game and I wanna know which environment is the best to develop an Android game.


Visual Studio 2010 using Game Studio 4.0 with Mono for Android & ExEn

NetBeans using OpenGL & Libgdx

Which one is the best and why.

If you want to roll with C# then monogame + monodroid seems to be preferable to exen.

Really its a case of do you want to use java or C#.

Monodroid isn't free, even for non-commercial usage etc.

NetBeans Eclipse using OpenGL & Libgdx. Reason? Officially supported by both Google (Android) and Libgdx. The Android SDK documentation mostly references Eclipse.
