The old post is... well... old, and frozen it seams. This new one is just to show briefly that Coffee is always in progress, even if the website is only living as a task on the tracker ;)
Coffee is a lightweight and powerful Game Engine, using a single licensing method : full source is providen... and we are glad to. From beginning, Coffee has been directed into hardcore roads, one is based on the previous fact : the scripting is done in C++ with extreme ease and full access to the engine & editor API. Keeping a simplyfied API for beginners, and giving full control to advanced users (with easy debugging as well). While it's crossplatform friendly, for now it's only running on Windows (XP/7) and supports all Visual Studio pro/express editions as mingw coupled to Code::Blocks.
