Something about the X format

Hi there,
In the X format specification, a FrameTransformation object contains a Mesh Object, but each mesh object contains a vector. Does this vector correspond to a location relative to the origin (0,0,0) or relative to the FrameTransformation x,y,z?

If FrameTransforamtion matrix is identity matrix then mesh points are relative to the orign(0,0,0), otherwise points are transformed (multiplied) by this matrix.
