Has anyone managed to get them working?Microsoft's example of them heavily relies on the effect framework and everything is clumped in 1 file,so it's kind of hard to understand what's going on.Are there any tutorials that show a "normal" way of using them,without the effects framework?

There's 2 samples in the SDK: one that uses effects (DynamicShaderlinkageFX11) and one that doesn't (DynamicShaderlinkage11).
