hi

i am using eclipse in windows 8 and loaded a game i found on the web.  when the game.py in eclipse, it shows red dots on the left edge of the editor window, which indicated that there are errors in the program.  how ever, when i right-clicked the game.py and chose run, it runs collectly without any error.

can someone tell me how to get rid of the pesky red dots on the left of the window?

thanks in advance.

hi

i just finally solved the problem.  i have to open the new script with 'pydev module' option rather than just 'file'.

i hope this will help someone in the future.

bye
