curl crash with 32bit but ok in 64bit

Hi

my 32bit app (vc2010 on Vista64) crashes with access violation at:

curl_global_init(CURL_GLOBAL_ALL);

but 64bit is ok. Changing dll etc didn't help so far. Any ideas?
