I have the option to Peer Review, but clicking yes does nothing, am I not allowed to or ?

You aren't the first to report this.  I'm figuring out what is going on as we speak.

 

*edit:  try again - also I added a way to reset your vote and reversed my original vote on your pacman article and set it to peer reviewed

 

I could use a peer review on my article..  ;)

awesome=-), I've been wanting to submit the peer review on yours and Necury's article.

 

one other thing I've noticed is that you can't upvote comments in the articles.  Not sure if your aware already, so putting that out their now.
