Well, after a bit of thinking, I decided to begin making a tutorial series for beginning game programmers. Of course, it's primarily in C++, so you'll need to have a little background in it, but it's overall (hopefully) easy to follow.

You can check out the first part here.

Second part published!

I want lots o' feedback on it. happy.png

The forum needs a Delete Post button. sleep.png

Well, there seems to be a few things wrong with your code.

1) It's not working.

2) There's an error.

3) It's not working.

Glad to help. ^_^

I redrafted the first part, and hopefully it's better. happy.png

EDIT(May 7): Link works now!

This is exactly what I am looking for. I am a beginner looking to learn C++. Unfortunately when I click your link it tells me:

Sorry, you don't have permission for that! You are not authorised to view this page.

Sorry for the double post, but part 2 was released, and I'm gonna bump this thread up for the newbies. happy.png

Please do not 'bump' posts simply because you think it is interesting.

You did so when it had been less than 24 hours since the last reply, meaning your post was still very near the top of the first page.
