Out of curiosity, because I don't quite know how these things work. Why are you switching providers?
Is it because:
- they actually got attacked?
- they gave you a crap answer about why/how they got attacked?
- terrible customer service?
- you found out that their network security is close to non-existent?
I ask because it seems that DDoS are a common thing that any hosting company can and will fall victim to. So switching must have been prompted by something one of the Staff really really didn't like (aside from being down as long as you were).
