Garage Band

Does anyone use garage band to make music for their games? I used to use it but my MacBook Pro has been broken for a while and now I am using FL Studio mobile on my iPad mini.

Has anyone ever used both? And if so which one do you like better?

I've only played around with Garage Band but from what I can tell, it's a watered down version of Logic. FL Studio is pretty amazing but I'm not sure how good it works on an iPad mini vs. FL Studio on a PC (and it's only PC right now just FYI). I loved FL Studio and wish it would come to Mac - I'd buy it in a heart beat!

How do you like it on the iPad? I just got a mini and might have to purchase it! :P

Hey thanks for the info.

I like FL Sudio a lot on the mini, I'm still trying to find time to become a guru with it though :-P
I use GarageBand in combination with finale. It works very well for me.

Oh nice I've got to give finale a try.

I just upgraded from my 5 year old Dell Laptop to Garageband.

So far I'm finding Garageband to be intuitive and easy to use with some decent loops. May have to look into some VST libraries though.
