I'm in MN, but I have no discernible programming, development, or game producing skills. Unfortunately, I also have no local contacts.

Then- why in the heck are you on a game dev site?

I enjoy programming, but I haven't yet developed a whole lot of skill with it. I also don't have much time to dedicate to it these days.
