Render Loop Problems DX10, C++

I realized that this top has gone un-answered and I wish to say that the issue was resolved a long time ago. The issue was that I was updating my cameras perspective in such a weird way that the object would appear and then disappear next frame. So the answer to the issue was the camera itself.
