Hello everyone, 

how do I make that type of payment method that you can see in many games like candycrush or many other mobile games?

does google play takes part of that money from every player that pay in my game?

Take a look at in-app billing and integrating the Google Play Services into your app.

I recently shipped Smash and Dash using the Soomla libraries for MTX purchases, and highly recommend it.  Took less than a day to integrate, handles your currencies and shop items in an elegant way, and is cross-platform in case you ever do an iOS port of your game.

Shipped is just another word for "published" in software dev lingo.
