For quite some time, crossbones members had mod powers in the chat room. Since there's no full time mods or admins in there (and no guarantee that someone of that privilege level would set foot in there), sometimes a few crossbones members would do the job if/when necessary. Although the need to kick people is quite rare, there are a few instances where an obvious troll or troublemaker would need to be given the boot. Were the kick commands recently removed for crossbones? I'm not complaining, but the chat doesn't get moderated much, so it's a slight future concern, that is all.
