Found this interesting game:

"The overseeing voice talks as if it owns you, and defies your free will. if you follow its orders, you are praised, and the worldview becomes sharper and more detailed. if you don’t, you are chastised, and the world becomes more vague and difficult to navigate, but also more colourful and loud. it’s odd, and sort of eerie, but definitely interesting. take it as you will." -- Random Player

So, it's supposed to lag like that?

I didn't make the game, nor do I have any affiliation with the creator of the game. I merely found it interesting and wanted to share it, because the concept was cool.

Oh, I was interested In it, but it started to lag, I figured that was the part where it says that the world becomes more difficult to navigate, cause I totally did the opposite, haha.

@Tutorial Doctor - Sorry, that wasn't directed at you. The post I was referring to seems to be deleted now. The person accused me of advertisement and spamming.

The game is a lot easier to play if you follow what the voice tells you to do, but it does some mean things to you towards the end (such as forcing you to kill yourself, or skip checkpoints). Controlling the player is unresponsive and hard. I would like to see this idea applied to a larger game. I see potential for turning the demanding voice into a developed character.

This is a VERY interesting concept and theme. I have to play it again now.

I think I understand the what the game is trying to demonstrate though. I suppose it would cause one to interpret it.

My interpretation is that it is about one persons view of success in this world, how as long as you follow the rules of this world, you are praised and rewarded, helped or "loved," but the end of following the rules of this world is not good.

On the other hand you are treated worse when not following the rules of the world.

So now I am wondering how the game gets if you make it to the end breaking all the rules (if you can)

Thanks.

So do I, and the character you're talking to has an interesting development throughout the story, there's just something about this game that grabs my attention.
