18 years ago, I had an idea to write a program that creates a maze without a grid. I started coding a little bit at a time and 4 years later, in year 2000, I released the first version of what I called the Amorphous Maze. Although this version did fulfill my objective of generating mazes with walls at random angles, it lacked the ability to automatically solve it.The paths it generated were not of good quality either. 14 years later, this year, I finally had the chance to add the solve feature and also improve the path quality. I'm pretty happy I finally corrected the things that were bothering me for many years. There is a free version and a full version here:
Please take a look and tell me what you think. Thanks.
