XCode MacPorts And FreeGlut

I cove I stalled freeglut using MacPorts. However I could'nt find the .dylib file I the directory. I made an XCode project amd changed the header and library search paths (I know they work because glew works fine). I placed the frameworks in the link section. After I converted the code here:

To c++, I compiled and recoeved an Apple Mach-o link I'd error. Is there an extra step I am missing?
