Are there any hardware accelerated math library (vectors, matrices) for use with OpenGL. Similar to D3DXMatrix/Vector routines? thanks.

There is an optimized math library on intel's website. (Free registration required to download). It is not OpenGL specific.

You may want to check the GNU scientific library too.

Edit: oops, that's the linux math lib for intel...
The MKL is there : http://developer.intel.com/software/products/mkl/index.htm
