Hi Folks, I''m a programmer by trade but due to lack of funding I''ve been pushed into 3D animation for an upcoming game. My question is what program is recommened for doing the in game movies with? The choices are so far LightWave or MAX. I understand MAX is used more often for in game characters and objects (buildings etc.) but for doing the movies is MAX the right option? I''m not sure how well LightWave would do character animation. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks.
