I have got an idea for a game. How do I get someone to look at it?

There is a contest that may be of interest to you in PCGamer. You can submit game ideas to the magazine and if it is good enough, it will be reviewed by a well known person in the industry. In the February issue, Gabe Newell of Valve was the design critic. Even though it might not be printed, you may get a response with some suggestions.
Then again, you might win design of the month.
They are holding the contest for 6 months.
