And they are in conjunction. One, my &#106avascript pipes game has been rurled. Two, it has been found to work on the iPhone, which cannot be currently said of any of my flash games.<br><br><a href="http://rurl.org/9b0">http://rurl.org/9b0</a><br><hr><br>A &#106avascript pipes game has a couple of weaknesses:<br><br>one, the images are simply <IMG> tags that i change the SRC value for, so it is sluggish to respond, at least until i precache all of the images.<br><br>two, generating a board of significant size takes time. i managed to totally freeze an iphone with a 64x64 board. even on a good desktop pc i get a "do you want to stop this script" dialog. i may have to change it in the manner of hexircuit and have a progress bar for generating the board. it is either that or generate the board server side, which I don't feel is necessary.<div> </div>

What maze generator are you using? I'm using Ellers for ConFusebox, and it's really fast. Mind you, I'm only going up to 17x17 on ConFusebox, but it still generates levels with almost no delay.

I've got it running in AS 2, so it should convert to JS pretty easily.

Cool on the iPhone. You ought to punch it up so it looks like a native app an then post it to some Mac blogs. They're hurting for games.
