Now that I am back up in Manhattan I got cracking on figuring out what the issue was with this installation.

I figured out how to dig into the properties to change from a win32 console application to just a win32 application, which was what had held me back from moving within Visual C++ 8 BETA & Allegro. Also, for some crazy reason, I was missing msvcr70d.dll. @.@ Oh well. dll-files.com rocks.

So, later today, It is tutorial/graphic minipulation time! :)
