GameCube Development?
Does anyone have experience with indie GameCube game developement. I know there is no indie kit for it, but is there any (legal) way to program games for the GameCube without purchasing several Nintendo licenses??
Doubtful; the big N doesn't let anything on their platform that isn't licensed.
There might still be (illegal) ways to get some home-brew code running on it though...

I'm afraid I don't know of any GameCube indie developers; Nintendo is pretty tight with who they allow to have their dev kits.
You could consider developing Flash games to be run on the Wii instead - you'll only have limited controls, but it's a pretty easy way to get a game on a console. Alternatively you could develop for the Dreamcast; I know they used to have a vibrant indie scene.
