Greetings, everyone! I would like to present you my Intel's Havok Physics Innovation Contest entry, Spin Tires. The demo, as well as all sources and media is completely freeware and can be downloaded at this site Download link If the demo wont run, update your DirectX. Project name: Spin Tires Brief description: This is a simple demo showing how a vehicle can be stuck in a mud. The vehicle is simulated by Havok, while the rendering is governed by DirectX 9. Technology: DirectX 9, Havok, tinyXML, DXUT, STL. Website Keep in mind that I use free hosting, it can be off-line for a while. Contacts: pavzag@gmail.com Additional Info: - Screenshots - Controls WASD to turn the wheels and pull the gas. The icon at right bottom to switch gears. The icon at right top to tweak camera. Just bumping the thread to keep it alive for a while.

I still feel my website deserves your attention.

nice demo

though the debris look wrong on my computer, i just get big quads that expand and contract

also the DOF (i think its it) is too high, i cant see 2 meters ahead the truck, but looking to the screenshots is what you have planned, but its quite weird

When i try to run it i get:

"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:."
Cancel TryAgain Continue.

All do the same thing, which is remind me again that there's no disk in D. :(

This is known issue, ill try to fix it in near future. For now, please uncheck the box in TWEAK / Draw particles (left top of the screen).

Hmmm... maybe this is caused by different screen resolution? Could you please post a screenshot? You are not supposed to change window size 8-)

Oh! Thats strange, I've never heard of that bug before. I will scan all my code for any references to D drive.
