They have been down at least since yesterday. I''ve not seen a mention of as to why in any of the news pages I go to.
Diamond have been absorbed into S3. You can probably find your drivers at S3''s website

Diamond MM is on my Never buy again list. There drivers are way out dated and there support on a lot of their products sux. Have you ever tried to return a product to them? I once bought 2 motherboards from them about 1 year ago new in a box. Both were bad and I had to pay the shipping costs! Received the 2 replacements and they were referbs! And they both had minor issues ... 1 couldn''t turn the power off and the other had 1 bad EIDE controller. As a vendor they suck. Never but from them

That's really funny. That is why
1. Never buy a motherboard from a non-motherboardish company
2. Never buy online
3. Never ask for a replacement online.
Just my opinion. You don't have to listen to me The whole reason I got a Viper 770 is because I went to a computer convention and saw Quake3Arena and I fell in love. I never saw other cards run it and I knew I needed to get a 3D accelerator to run that. I completely got rid of the ideas of getting a Voodoo3 (Thank God.) and got a Viper 770.

Thanks Kazan for el-linko. It links you to www.gamedev.net/community/forums/www.s3.com though. So for the rest of you diamond buyers here's the real link

Whirlwind: That really sucks. I was about to update my drivers a few days ago.

(: ...oh I mean

Hey nes8bit, you've put the same link as I did. I think we bothe must have missed out the http:// part. So this time the proper address: S3 website

Thanks for the correction.

Well, I was wondering where the drivers went and I can't find them on s3's page. All I get is a bunch of advertisements about how the ViperII is so crappy...

I bought an MX300 from Diamond. When I bought it, they promised that a future patch would include EAX support. I am still waiting...
