Reduce the Abuse of Power

Oddly enough, power leads to corruption. Mayhap not morals or psyche, but perceptions and judgement.

Read this posting: Isometric Land Threads--from your loving moderator-policy changes. It's quite rediculous. The moderator has even locked the thread, preventing anyone from responding without creating another thread (which would be summarily deleted).

Threads will always evolve. That's the nature of discussion. Trying to stamp out those with more than 12 postings is nonsense. Perhaps there's an ulterior motive for having a higher thread count? I dunno.

Deleting "vague" topics is also odd. The concept of "vague" is quite arbitrary - many folks may get upset by having there perfectly valid posts deleted.

It seems to me that the admins are getting a bit heavy handed in something that is supposed to be communal and light-hearted.

Creativity is a bloody nuisance and an evil curse that will see to it that you die from stress and alcohol abuse at a very early age, that you piss off all your friends, break appointments, show up late, and have this strange bohemian urge (you know that decadent laid-back pimp-style way of life). The truly creative people I know all live lousy lives, never have time to see you, don't take care of themselves properly, have weird tastes in women and behave badly. They don't wash and they eat disgusting stuff, they are mentally unstable and are absolutely brilliant. (k10k)
