Modest too! And I'd like to see a list of all 15,000 ideas in a PDF or HTML file by the end of the day.

Look seriously, with that attitude your arent going to get anywhere. If your half as smart as you claim to be im sure you could learn to do something related to game development. do that and them come back and try to get a team together. People will be much more willing to work with you if your going to do something too.

Truth is if everyone who had a good idea was able to make a successful game out of it there would be so many games out there the industry would collapse.

I prefer programming variables over programming hockey
