Greetings, folks. My name is Sarah Bonner. I am 22, and live in Tempe, Arizona (United States). I'm hopeful in finding a project to work on or something of a mentorship to get involved with. Previously, I was studying artificial life programming at a local university, but have had to withdraw due to financial issues. Even though I'm going through this sort of hardship, I really want to continue my learning. I've never had to do anything practical, so I'm going to say that my level of experience is that of a beginner. I am most familiar with C/C++, but I have dabbled with C#. I can adapt to a C-like syntax fairly easily, but I've had difficulty trying to self-teach myself other types of language (AS3, Python). I want to eventually be able to have the confidence and the experience to run my own game projects with some ideas that I have, so I'd love to earn some experience doing or observing management, design, and marketing. I am greatly interested in roleplaying-type games and MMOs (mostly only because these are my favorite genres and two of my most favorite ideas are of these types), but I'll give anything a try.
