Try this, W3Schools, for starters. Once you get a good grip of PHP, you will be looking to make a game, then you should try some other tutorials that you will find by doing a simple search on your favorite search engine.

Personally I've learned html, css, javascript and php from www.w3schools.com.
After completing the php tutorial there, you should be able to learn whatever you want from the php manual, for example: http://php.net/manual/en/language.oop5.php
And then there's this great website: www.google.com :)
