double buffering question

Is it possible to use windows gdi and openGL with double buffering. It works with GLUT_SINGLE pretty ok. Specifically I am using TextOut. Thank you.

It won''t work. I tried it once and what I got wasnothing in fullscreen, and everything displaying in windowed until I cleared the color and depth buffers, then it just dissapeared.
