Code tag's tool bar interferes with the scroll bar.

As you can see in the pic, the tool bar extends over the top scroll arrow. This makes it very hard to select. There is a very narrow (about 4 pixel) margin to the right and top of the tool bar. The cursor must be in this margin to select the arrow.

This should now be fixed when the code toolbar css is reloaded from your browser. (or hit ctrl+R). Thanks!
