You can post for free in the hobbyist section. If however, you are looking for paid work then you need to use the general classifieds. And if that is the case, then complaining about not being able to afford to advertise yourself is an extremely poor way of making a good impression as a professional music composer.

Lenny I am a starving artist, I have one dollar in my bank account I will show you it I am flat our broke out of my mind. Not having money does not have anything to do with impression. Some of the brightest minds never got any money for what they do. Not to mention that this generation of souls a LOT OF People are lving with their parents again so they cant just throw 7 dollars in hopes that a dev man dude bro will come pick them up.
