Is there a function that''ll load a BMP file and return a HBITMAP? The MSDN tells me about the format of a BMP, but appears to expect me to read and parse it myself, which doesn''t seem like a good idea. I demand unsatisfaction!

LoadBitmap, which has been superseeded by LoadImage.
